Why not, with the mention of "blending feminine & masculine", use two colors that are known to be girl & boy?

Something that has blue & pink in a simple criss-cross pattern maybe? I'd wear it proudly.

Why?
Why not just step out of the closet and stand up for yourself? No need for a silly ribbon.

The idea of a ribbon is not just for those who are transgendered but for those who support them. They are for friends, family, and other supporters. Not everyone that wears a Autism ribbon, breast cancer, aids, or one of the multitude of other ribbons are afflicted with the ailments they represent. Also it works as a fund raiser for non profit groups that support our cause. Oddly this is something that I am starting to have a growing passion for.
