Damn, I did it to me again!! Yet another thread that I seemed to have missed somewhere along the way. Anyway, last year I would have probably given a different answer, but now 100%!!!!! since there is not a perfect world we have to adapt, but it seems that as we get older, that militant streak seems to come out more and more and it is "in your face time."
Love you all,
Virginia

I would have to vote with the majority here.....

100% of the time for me!!

Even those times when you're going to be doing something that you'll be getting dirty at, I would still enjoy wearing womens jeans and top. But, to be able to wear a nice skirt and hose and heels whenever I wanted..... PERFECT!

In a perfect world I would be naked far more often than the 15 % currently spent that way, mostly while I am asleep in the warm half of the year.

But I put down 25% which would be for the time I am clothed. Truth is though I don't know. Maybe being able to do it whenever and however I wanted would lead me to have as much interest in girl clothes as I currently do in guy clothes which is not a lot. Lets see which color girl teeshirt do I wear with which pair of baggy girl jeans? And do I have to wear a bra? I'm pretty sure that I would want to wear male clothes at least 50 % of the time I was clothed.

On the other hand maybe I would really like being percieved as a woman sometime and decide, similar to what Anita does, to vary my persona publicly because of what the reaction is. I know you said that we do not have to consider any reaction but after all the reaction we want out of people is an awful big part of why we choose to wear anything including my jeans and teeshirt. Here's a question. If there is no reaction by anyone to our clothes does that rob them of their meaning? Or is it only our reaction that counts? I guess that is what you are saying.

Bottom line is that we of course can't free ourselves from reaction. Would a better question be that society will still react to our clothing but all reactions will be okay, ranging only from neutral to pleasant?

Great question. Thanks for doing this poll

Virginia,

Relax baby cakes we don't expect you participate in every thread. :P

Andrea,

I about fainted when I read your response. lol! Thanks for not holding back you naked wonder you. :P

You had very interesting question. I think if you're an exhibitionist CD'r (dress to shock or get reactions) then yes if no one reacts would mean your dressing is robbed of it's meaning. The third question you asked may be worth of a thread. Gonna start it? ;)

Hey Virginia, your avatar is great , you look much more at ease and more approable. Very nice. I too have missed the boat on this one, ( where have I been?) I would be 100 % . Yes "8 days a week for me." ( yes I am showing my age once again. I would change my oil , build a house, go to church , go to work and all in tight girl jeans and a halter top. Keep smilin, keeppostin, keep dressin. ///Kristen

Wow I didn't think it would be so lopsided with 100% leading. When I have gone to conventions like CA Dreamin or Southern Confort. by the time they were over I was ready for pants. The girl stuff was fun but if it is full time it becomes routine amd I want to keep it fun. Any way I was in the 25% catagory
life gets in the way of dressing ... :? Sallee

Everyone: Being that I am also a physical person who enjoys working in the yard, I would still have a need to wear my baseball hat.
While doing yard work and other outdoor things, I would have to wear mens clothing.

In a perfect world I would dress as a woman 80% of the time. I just feel more comfortable in womens clothes. I love being girlie!Hugs to all you ladies. I've only been on this site a few weeks and you all make me feel so good about myself. You're all just great. Big hugs and kisses to all. Don't forget to wipe the lipstick off your cheeks!

While I might not hit 100% I would spend the vast majority of my time en femme even including my clothes for working in the yard.

I Voted 90% to 99%. I'm moving to queensland, Australia in 6 weeks to be close to my lady freind who accepts me as a CD and wants me to feel as free as I can be, thats why I'm moving from the homophobic, old school and bigot enviroment of Ballarat. Moving away is my idea of a "A Perfect world". But by saying that, there'll be days when I wanna go down the beach and jump in the surf.
Oh yeah, I love getting casual too, like my old jeans and Van Halen t-shirts.

I voted for the 50% of the time. I have uniforms at work to wear, but the rest of the time female clothes would be just fine. Could always wear panties/bra under my uniform though.Jeans and casual dress most of the time but the chance to wear dresses/skirts when I wanted and to go outside with no negativity would be a dream. If only it were true that the world would change that way, :-k .
