i was at work yesterdayi walking down the hallway when i stop to talk to one of GG that work there she cam up to me and say look like you have breast and then she put her hand on my breast well that was the frist time that ever hapen to me do wear my bra under my male cloting well i didnt say any thang i just walk away oh my bra size is 36 A i well see what today well bring up there mite be some talk well that was my day at work

Terrible, terrible behavior on her part. If you want to protect yourself, I think you need to go to HR in your company and report the incident.

I have to agree that you should go to your HR department. Put yourself in her position if you were a GG how would you feel if some one grabbed your chest. That does very well qualify as sexual harassment.

Interesting that is for sure. Would be grounds for sexual harassment complaint if you were a gg for sure and should be in this case also. Please update us as to any more comments from her or if she is avoiding you now. My guess is she was majorly surprised and was only having some fun. Is she a GG that you get along well with? It also may be that her and maybe some others thought your were wearing a bra and that was her way of checking it out. So what was the look on her face?

Bobie, I have to agree on the inappropriateness of that behaviour. You most likely would have been fired on the spot if that had happened the other way around. But, depending on the kind of relationship you have with her, perhaps you may not see it like that. Regardless, don't let yourself be ridiculed should co-workers reaction turn to torment. Everyone is entitled to be treated with respect and dignity and what you choose to wear under your clothes is no one's business but yours.

Yes , if its done in fun and you have that kinda relationship with her its OK I guess , but if its done to "ridicule" , then I would be puting her on notice that any further incident will be met with a formal complaint being lodged against her for sexual harassment.

Personal Experience (funny story)

In the late 1980's I worked with a young lady who had previously worked as a photo model in a mens magazine , she would commonly grab or pinch a number of the male employees on the butt , I fell victim many times but being a single male I quite enjoyed the attention. One day I became aware that I had a serious issue with this , so I approached the boss.-

SELF- I wish to lodge a sexual harassment complaint

BOSS - let me guess , " Sheryn"

SELF - "yes"

BOSS - I knew this would happen before long

SELF - why is it that everyone else gets grabbed on the ar## twice a day and all I get is her touching me once a week if I'm lucky , I think that I'm entitled to the same luxuries as everyone else around here , its totally unfair .

BOSS-

BOSS- "GET OUT OF MY OFFICE YOU #@^*%$^ IDIOT !!

As the other girls have said , it all depends on your relationship with the woman , and as you have just read , I saw an opportunity to turn my experience into a humourous prank on the boss.

It seems that Women in power can act like Just like men.
This happened awhile ago at a staff briefing.
My Female Boss thought i was sitting too far away and invited me to sit closer. When I didn't she came over and sat down and conducted the meeting from my lap. In a way I liked it but also realized she was on a power trip.
