Told Therapist

:) I told her today. My brother suggested that I take the picture of me in the dress I use here, as an ice breaker. It was great, she looked at it and said "what are you wearing here?" I said "A dress, my sisters used to dress me up and tell everyone I was thier little sister." I went on to tell her that the reason it was important was because I was a crossdresser. She said "you know? we may not need to fix this" . I knew I had lucked out, and got someone understanding. Anyway we had a great discussion. She told me that she does not know a lot about crossdressing, but is willing to learn. She asked me to bring her what literature and web sites I would reccommend for her to read. She also said "I will do my homework" It was also very uplifting. In a week and a half I am going to fly to Wyoming to tell my best friend. I know he will be accepting. We have a very special kind of friendship because we share so many beleifs. We have also been very supportive of one another over the years. I would not go if I were not so confident. We are more like close brothers than friends. Anyway, everyday seems to bring some new delight now. It has been a long time since I have felt good. Thanks everyone.

I'm crying!!!!!! " You know we may not need to fix this!" That is beautiful!!!
I will again offer this website - print it off and take it to her:

I know she will know who Carl Jung is, as he is recognized as "The father of modern psychology!" His insight into this has given me great strength and understanding of what is going on with me and Deborah.
God Bless you Girl - Ain't life beautiful!
Love,
Deborah

Thanks ladies, I am just feeling great. things could not have gone better so far. My son pointed out that it may have been because I was expecting the worst in every situation, but really my marrriage is the only part that went bad, so far. I am not saying that there are not more trials and tribulations down the road, I have been around long enough to know better than that. I just feel like with all of your support, my brothers support, and my childrens support, I have a chance to realize my full potential and become the person I always wanted to be. I truely do love you all.
