I am wearing a bra today as I usually but it is nearly 20degC and wish I could go oput on a walk with just a bra or sport bra and shorts. Why not?

Why not, indeed?
Unless you've got a pot belly, then I'd suggest a thin cami top.

My favourite temperature is 20c plus (up to 30c as long as the humidity is not too high). That is the temperature when you can dress in all the bright and sunny things, at the moment, in Melbourne we heading for the shortest day and the really cold weather is still to come, (usually July/August)

Having spent many years both in the tropics and down ship's enginerooms I find any temperature under 40C - 104F perfectly comfortable. I wear shorts when not en femme when I am able.

Yesterday I worn a nice pair of short shorts, a cami top, and my new white sandles which now my wife wants a pair like them.

Hot sweaty days provide a nice way of washing the forms. The sweat as they rub against you cleans them beautifully.
HAve fun
