I was gunna start on how difficult this is but, of course, most of you have already been here. I'm very, very happy being a man...however, for as long as I can remember, I like 'girly' things. From big, bouncy curls to high heels! I've been trying to figure out why for many, many many years. It is what it is. I'm a crossdresser. I know you all won't judge me. While I'm not completely ready to come out, I feel this is the first step. I will forward pictures that I have taken over the years. Please be objective. I love hair, curls, bangs. Thank you for your consideration. We are all in this together!
With long hair and nails........

Hello Julie,
No hon we will not ask as none of us has the anwser, biggest question going.
Like you I am a happy crossdresser but since the age of 14 I have loved women's cloths and prefer to wear them over male cloths. Enjoy yourself and have a little fun in your life.

Actually I love to ask questions, perhaps because as Carol Ann said, I don't have the answer. But I try not to ask anything unless I'm prepared for any answer, including the refusal to answer.
Welcome to the forum.

You are fortunate that you are very happy being a man. Some of us are not so happy about it.
No judgmental-ism allowed here. Not that we'd want to.
It's your life. If you can be happy, without harming others, what's not to accept?
Hugs,
Bernice

You joined the club, I to am happy being a man, but realise that there is a feminine side to me that most men do not understand. I often enjoy the company of women more than men because of the conversations. You love hair, curls and bangs, I love lingerie, girly enough for you? Carol Ann said, Enjoy yourself and have a little fun in your life. well that about sums it up. I ask alot of questions and have recieved more interesting answers than I could ever have dreamed of. Enjoy the journey, and I hope that you get some interesting answers to your questions.

So if you're asking me if you pass, I'll be honest and will try to be sensitive. I am not one of those girls that tells every girl she's fabulous then lets her go out in public if she couldn't pass.
Just remember when I comment, consider the source and treat my opinions for what they are worth.

I ain't no perfect beauty so ....

Hi Julie,
The photos of you are very nice! You look lovely! And, the pictures look like they were done professionally. Your makeup is done very well.
That I should look so nice!
Yes, this blessing is difficult and we (I) constantly question and re-evaluate ourselves. Mostly, I, too, ask why.
The only answer I have found? It just is. Then it comes down to how I deal with it, how we all deal with it. It is colored by strength of character, personality of the individual.
Personally, I, like so many here, have a roller coaster of a life. Stratospheric ups and deep downs, dark thoughts mixed with total joy. I fear the times of bliss and contentment as they are always followed by deep depression.
I have come to accept, on some level, who I am. Yet, I seem to still struggle with self worth and image. Judging myself by societies standards, which I know are are archaic and repressive. And mostly wrong.
If ever I seem "together" and at ease, it is only my attempt at a projected image.
Someday, maybe, I will post some pictures of myself. If I can ever figure out makeup.
Andrea
