Yesterday a gg friend and I made a 10 hour road trip for a dr appointment for me. I was traveling en fem and noticed that my face had a fem appearance to it even though the only makeup I had on was lipstick.
I commented on it to her and she told me that she had no problem in telling just how fem I was feeling. She said that as I feel more fem my face, overall look, voice and hand actions become very fem. She also commented that male to fem changes can occur in very short time spans depending on what I am thinking or doing at the mement and is not always connected to the way I am dressed.
I had been told years ago by another gg friend that Leeza is more fun to be with than my male persona, but I just thought that was because I am more relaxed as Leeza. Yesterday I realized that though that may be true there is more going on than I thought.
To me it is interesting that the change is so fast and that it doesn't take a conscience effort to make those changes.
As a side note I had a chance to do some shopping with one of my daughters, have a long enjoyable trip with a gg friend, have an enjoyable converdation with a check out lady, and a day where most of it was as Leeza.

Re: Changing
I too have notice the same problem. I started on hormones a few months ago. In the last month, I have started letting my hair grow longer. The other day, I noticed I needed more paint to finish the bathroom. So I went to WalMart to get some more paint and some more paint supplies. I was in drab clothing at the time too. So I walk up to the lady behind the paint counter and tell her I needed a gallon of this paint and paint supplies. She looks at this other SA and says, "Will you show this LADY where the paint rollers are while I mix HER paint for her". I got thinking on the way home, "Have I changed so much that even in drab, my fem side is showing"? I have to admit that I have both ears pierced with small gold studs, but many men have their ear pierced now a days.

Re: Changing
Isn't it a wonderful and uplifting feeling when others recognize us as we want to be seen?
Especially when we don't think we're necessarily trying that hard?

Re: Changing
I've noticed, just occasionally the same sort of thing. Like my face goes very feminine without makeup or other aids. What I mean by other aids is a wig or women's clothes. Wearing those can practically instantly make me go feminine.Leeza wrote:Yesterday a gg friend and I made a 10 hour road trip for a dr appointment for me. Yes, that resonates very much with me. So, although I can get into the clothes etc and go very feminine - look like a woman - it can disappear quickly as well. Over the last year or so, it's got more so I stay in the persona. But it's been a very fragile thing - and I can look in the mirror and be disappointed because the man is back.I commented on it to her and she told me that she had no problem in telling just how fem I was feeling. Because I don't have anyone to observe me, I'm not sure how my look changes with how I'm feeling. But I am aware of moving very differently when I get into the clothes - and it's quite an unconscious thing - just happens. My voice doesn't change at all, which is a pain. Just occasionally (when I wasn't dressing up) something like a feminine voice has come out, though.
With me, it is something like another persona taking me over. And I concur about the changes being fast - although, that's only through my observation of how the kind of feminine "vibe" in my body feels. I don't think conscious effort is the major element in the creation of this persona/vibe.I had been told years ago by another gg friend that Leeza is more fun to be with than my male persona, but I just thought that was because I am more relaxed as Leeza. Re: Changing
Maybe its just me, but I've actually found most of my TG acquaintances to be infuriatingly effeminate en-drab while it didn't phase me at all otherwise... I guess I'm still more acculturated than I want to admit.

I feel that one thinks too hard about it it is easy to make the femme-ness come off as very forced or rigid. When you relax and just act, really, as yourself- then that confidence shows through. I believe that is really what helps one pass more than any physical dress can. Because, why shouldn't your femme side be just as much the "real you" as your masculine side? Aren't you one whole package thats just "you"? As a GG, I dont really feel "a woman" when I go out and about my business- I just feel like "me"- whatever that entails. If you go out and just be you and not try to think "I am woman!"....i think that is when you discovered the secret to really being a woman. The secret being that we don't really think about it all that often.
I think you ladies that are finding it bleeding over into your en-drab, it's probably because your just acting naturally and people quickly read the small cues (like earrings) and just assume your female.
