social dilemma

In analyzing my total situation as a "Human Being" ...over time, I've noticed 2 primary roots of most serious difficulties 
"FEAR & GREED", WHICH OFTEN SEEMS TO BOIL DOWN INTO "Social Dilemmas" through "organizational and institutional " dysfunction "characterized through the Human attributes mainly, those associated with behavioural/character flaws "corruption and incompetence" 
... In another "picture" of "Humanity", I see primarily 2 sorts of "people creatures" ... (in the "softer" senses such as "cognition" and "social/personal interaction" ... "Them what "got it "haves", and Them What "never will" ]"havenots"(*,) Daily, I struggle in my Wheelchair to "get around" Human Gridlock"
