I had a dream a few weeks ago that took me from being 3 months pregnant to 6 months pregnant this dream was so vivid I felt it as if it was the real deal the kicking baby my protective Instincts and felt like I was blessed the glow and excitement that I was gonna be a mother I felt actually sad when I woke up too reality...

no, I never have. Oddly, I have had very many dreams that involved me wearing womens clothes, but not a single one where I was a woman. Not sure what that means....

I've never had a dream like that - or actually a dream of being a woman. But my analyst says that the one thing I really wanted to do was have babies and his idea seems to be I should make up for not being able to do it writing creative stuff (babies like that).

I do kind of acknowledge a truth to it. I once had women include me (in drab) in a discussion where "we" are having babies. Like there's something in me, sometimes, that says "mother". It's the most striking example GGs treating me like one of them.

I can't say that I have ever dreamt of being pregnant either, that's never really been a thought even, but I dream I'm GG very often.

I do have a baby that sleeps in our bed though, and on occassion have been woken to her digging in my nightie looking to breastfeed 8-[ Whilst my wife finds this terribly amusing, to me that's just plain wrong! [-X

Hey MariMar. WOW. I'm not alone in the mixed up world of mine. I actually have had that dream. Not often but many times. I've never told anyone but then I keep this part of my life hid from everyone. I have no answer for you on what to do with it. I settled in my mind a long time ago to just accept and embrace all those thoughts and feelings into our kids. It helped me deal with all the emotions that seemed to stem from those dreams. I don't know if that helps or not but you sure helped me. Thank you for sharing this very personal experience and I hope you are able to work through those feelings and emotions. I hope it is alright to say this but if you need or what to talk more about this, feel free to ask me. Maybe between the two of us we,all figure it out and hopefully help someone else.

Thank You JessieR I had been thinking that perhaps I was the only one having these dreams but I gotta admit I really enjoyed the feeling...

Y'all hadn't noticed? I'm pregnant. *sigh* Some days I even feel it.

At work I keep telling them I'm gonna have a cow. I keep saying I'm going to have her before I quit.

Have I dreamed of being prego? maybe a bit of day dreaming here and there but no overnight sleep type.

Hi,

This would be a bit more than just a dream for me being born with out my womb ,something that many women have , of cause some of us dont for different reasons ,
For us who are women it is more than just not being able to have our own children it effects us mentaly & Emotionally, it crush's us & makes us feel we are not female because of this, so yes its very hard ,

As to dream's that really compounds what we go through, So for those of us who cant have children we know what its like for other women who are in the same situation.

I don't identify as a woman, so I don't know how much use this is. But when I've tried to think about what it feels like not to be able to have babies, there is a sense of being lost - of being in abeyance - like of not knowing what to do next.

So I'm not crushed by it, but somewhere inside me, my mind is really set up to want to have physical babies and hasn't really got beyond that - although the potential seems to be there.
