Dr's Appointment
The other day I had a physical appointment so I ended up wearing men's underwear so as not to embarrass my doctor or myself. I debated whether or not to wear panties but decided on the men's microfiber briefs. They look sorta like panties. Well, I had angst all day and could not wait to get home and put on my panties. I have been wearing panties everyday for over 25 years. They are part of who I am...anyone else ever go through this?

I only own one pair of men's drews and a t-shirt, and like you I only wear them to see the doctor. I don't believe this country doctor would fine it very funny.

Re: Dr's Appointment
I had to go to the ER one day and I thought about putting on men's underwear, then I realized, I don't have any. Oh well. Put on a pair of pink cotton jockeys under my male clothes and my fingers and toes painted red. One nurse commented on the nail polish and I replied "well at least I didn't wear a skirt" they were like "do you usually wear one"? So as they worked on me, we talked about my crossdressing and stuff. I had to put on that gown thingy so they did see my panties too when I needed a shot, my wife was there with me and we had a ball chatting about it. The nurses said I should have come in with the skirt on. I would have but the wife's ex-husband was working at the same hospital as a nurse.

I can't imagine wearing ugly, uncomfortable men's underwear again. I only have panties. I have few pair that my my mind can pass. One with strips I wore to Urology Clinic. I never want anything put up there again. I am sure Nurse saw them, heck I had to strip down in front of her. I told Dr at VA years ago. I just don't care, it's Me!

Re: Dr's Appointment
At least 1/2 my doctors know and some have seen Davita in person. Today I went to one of the convenient health clinics because having a regular general practitioner around here means it costs more and harder to get appointments. So I was in for my ear; I wore shorts and sandals (girl at that, but you can only tell by the color). The doctor saw my python print toes and she just lit up and commented and asked about them. She had one of the nurses come and check me out and we talked a little more about them.
Ever have a Doppler for varicose veins? Depending on the location, they scan your legs all the way up to your panties; remember to wear a nice pair and don't worry about the goop. It's water soluble. So many technicians have seen my toes, whatever. You just can't worry about it and you really shouldn't.

Re: Dr's Appointment
I don't usually go to the doctor, but last time I had an appointment where I would be taking off clothes I wore skirt, panties, top, nylons and sandals. No bra though, because I was going to have the doc check up on my chest that got ripped open when I dove on top of a log. Normally I would have worn a bra, but the wound was right there. The doc didn't bat an eye, I took my blouse off, he checked the wound and said it was healing fine, and I was on my way. He was a combat surgeon in Afghanistan, putting people back together after being blown up. I guess after doing that for a while a guy is a skirt is pretty much a non-event.
Actually I was more embarrassed when I came in to the ER with a log gash in my chest than I was wearing a skirt and blouse.
