I either just wear an A cup that gently caresses me with a moderately firmness. Or I use the $15 gel inserts you can purchase on line if I want to be more curvaceous. Works for me.

I wear breast forms.. gives me a nice B cup... I don't out boob my wife's C cup and I can wear them whenever I want.

I so much wanted to reply on Sunday when this was first posted, but decided to wait for a few replies. I understood that the term T-girls meant transgendered, not how big your boobs are. The emotional mind set of being female has little to do with breast size. Are the living full time as female ladies here that sport a mere A, B or C cup not serious?

Having naturally passed DD size over 30 years ago, I can not imagine that self injected saline is either safe or natural looking in any way. Women come in all shapes, we are not defined by how big our tits are.

Drag Queen performers are just that, performers. The serious transgendered wants to live as a female with a breast size that is comfortable and appropriate.

A few years ago I saw a video of someone having their boobs done like this. It seemed realistic enough, though a bit of a business, given that it was temporary. The attraction was, from my point of view, that the boobs were "growing" straight out of the person's body. In that sense, it seemed to be closer to a GG's experience than glueing on forms or leaving them in your bra.

Eileen is right that breasts do not define a woman, yet when a GG rolls out of bed in the morning and HER feet hit the floor she is woman!!! WE, on the other hand, strive to emulate what we most admire and not only are men attracted to breasts - who knows why In our attempt to present as feminine that one area is prominent to us. My only counselling has been, keep them in correlation to your body and since you can control the size you don't want them entering a room fifteen seconds before you do. Plus be very aware that the larger size will attract attention, perhaps attention that you can't deal with or probably don't want!

Reading "The Lazy Crossdresser" I learned from that author or rather was reassured that as "she" preferred nothing in her bra, just her. Since then I usually have nothing but me in a bra which is why I wear an A Cup because usually with a moderately firm bra that caresses me gently and comfortably the A will be filled with what I have to muster. and the $15 inserts are just fine if I desire a more curvaceous breast line. It is not really about padding your butt or your chest it is about how you are feeling inside that matters most of all. I do not alter my voice or my mannerisms in some kind of act that is unnatural...I am who I am, and that is the most genuine and confident presentation when I am feeling more feminine inside. Who needs the rest just be who you are, be yourself.

When I get home the first thing I put on is my forms, I don't really feel fem till I'm wearing them. 42 D cups and proud of them they do attract attention, just never make eye contact with who ever is checking you out. But temp boobs! sounds interresting I would love to know what real boobs feel like, if only for a few days

I've never understood the appeal of enormous breasts or absurdly short hemlines or absurdly tall stilettos.

As Virginia said, I don't really want to stand out - but rather blend in. Toward that end, I'm going to wear shoes I can safely walk in, and a hemline that covers what it needs to cover (maybe more), and a chest that arrives about the same time I do.

When I was 100 pounds lighter, I bought some forms in a modest size. Loved them. Unfortunately, they are now clearly too small for my size, but I have finally started losing a little weight.

Salt can cause other problems, especially at my age and weight. I'll pass on injections.

That's what I want to find out before going the full implant route I want to know is it worth it or stay with forms.
