I probably should have posted this a few days ago but things were hectic and I was so lost in everything I never did. Friday October 2, 2015 I began my hormone therapy with full intentions of beginning my transition on January 1st. I I know the simple act of taking a few pills doesn't make a woman, well at least not yet, but to me it is a huge step. There I was barely 18 months ago a frightened, closeted crossdresser and now I am taking the first step to my ultimate goal of being a woman. I want to thank so many here as well as elsewhere for helping me find myself and put my life on track.

Note that most who are transitioning think of themselves as women already, not "becoming" women.
