Nightgown

Post by Denise »

My early memories were of cuddling up to mums double layer nylon nightie ,to this day they give me great comfort ,I always sleep in vintage double layer nylon nightdress with bra knickers and pantyhose , I have a collection of about 40 of these nighties all bought from thrift shops or sometimes ebay , I adore them and would wear them 24/7 if I could .

Hum...Silky and pretty chemise for me with panties in the warmer months...a longer night gown in cooler months. But my desire is just gender driven. I do not believe I am driven by childhood memories or conditioning from comfort and security...I just like them because I feel feminine and enjoy sleeping in them they are comfortable.

I have a long nylon nightie that I wear on cold nights and two silky chemises I wear on warmer nights. I too just love the feminine feeling of wearing the apparel.

Denise,
Although I do not have childhood memories like you, I still adore double layer baby doll nightgowns. They are the ultimate for me. I, too, could wear them 24/7. So very feminine especially the ones with an inch or two of lace at the hem. The inner layer is opaque and the outer layer is sheer. If it has a matching sheer robe then I'm in heaven. Lol.

I love nighties. I've worn them pretty much every chance that I could get for the past 10 years. Until recently nighties and panties were all that I wore. Now I'm thoroughly enjoying dresses, pantyhose and so forth but every night I slip on the old familiar nightie and am happy as a clam.

I should buy stock in Morgan Taylor, the Macy's brand, since I own probably 30 or so.
Well, we all have a face
That we hide away forever
And we take them out
And show ourselves when everyone has gone

Betty, I just attempted to connect with your link but Pinterest says it cannot be found. You may want to look into it and make the necessary corrections so we all might enjoy what you're trying to share with us.

Nylon nighties are my favorite thing to wear as well. I have 28 at last count. Like you, I wear them and nylon full-cut panties whenever possible. Still haven't progressed beyond the silky, lacy lingerie stage of crossdressing after more than six decades.

It all depends on how I feel...masculine it is just male underwear don't know why but growing up I never wore Pajamas unless it were very cold, or we were perhaps going to be visiting and sleeping over but even then. I believe that is because as a boy I saw my father slept in his so I followed suit. He sometimes if it was cold wore pajamas in bed.

Feminine....depends on how I feel if it is cold a longer night gown, if it is hot a shorter more light weight nightie or chemise, but if I am feeling sexy or more feminine a chemise for sure.
