Hi all,

I have a page of Christina pix I carry with me just in case the subject comes up; I can show myself in a handy way. Well, one of my colleagues (who loves my looks, by the way, and thinks it's awesome that I feel at ease enough to reveal this about myself) asked to borrow the page so she could show her boyfriend. Apparently, his first reaction was, "you work with a guy who looks like that???" :P "No, like this," she replied, pointing to the "Boy Mode Bookworm" shot at the bottom of the page. She explained to him much of what I had explained to her about crossdressing (both my own and CDing in general). He was impressed with my candor. I met him for the first time a couple of days ago--he was totally cool and comfortable around me (although I did notice he was initially a bit nervous).

Well, this colleague offered to photograph me if I ever need to let someone handle the camera again. She's seen all the pix I put up on the forum, here, and likes them. But I need more "dressy" shots. There are some social situations where underwear just doesn't cut it! :P I might just take her up on her offer some day soon.

She jokingly refers to me as a "Mini-Wheat"--plain on one side, sweet and tasty on the other, and entirely wholesome. 8) Well, as long it's not a nut, a fruit, or a flake, I guess I'm okay with that. :P

Love,
CJ

Oh NO you now know what will happen, everyone will call you mini-wheat. Well I guess it's better than corny flake or fruit loop.

Nice to work with people like that, and let your friend photograph you, sounds like fun.

Love Amelie

Hi all,

Mini-Wheat reporting for duty! :P

Sophie,

The colleague is a woman (maybe you were thinking of her boyfriend, who I met a couple of days ago). She's a wonderful person; energetic, fun to be around, imaginative, a little unsure of herself sometimes, but very compassionate. Oh, and she's very pretty, too (although she wishes people wouldn't zoom in on that right off the bat).

Carolynn,

Yes, I agree, I do, in fact, work with very cool people. And, ever since the famous pinup-calendar-and-poster party (when I gave an extra shove to my closet door), they're starting to find out just how cool I can be, also. :P 8)

Lorna,

I'm cuckoo for cocoa puffs! My favorite cereal? Why, Life, of course!

Love,
CJ

CJ,

What a perfect description of you, also my favorite cereal in the world. I am so happy that this is going so well for you. Seems that work has become a comfortable place.

Again, you put a smile on my face.

Love always,
Elizabeth
