Is this sort of confusion common amongst us?? thread

I ask this because I've just registered at a gay dating website.
Hi Eloise,
~
Interesting Topic !!!
Are you starting to *Feel* any generalities in the responses ???
Personally, I suffer no confusion ... I don't "feel" like a "this" or a "that" in a "something else" ... and I think I don't even pity anyone who thinks it has to be that way ...
It's my belief that whatever confusion exists, is so because of *Solar Flares* ... Oopsie ... pardon me ... a wee slip there ...
Seriously ... I don't accept any external theories, established or emerging, that aren't based on the premise ... (that)
* Androgyny is as unique and fundamental a reality as are the 2 more visibly obvious and physically distinguishable human gender categories, Male & Female * ...
and therefore cannot be meaningfully defined or understood in terms that are fundamentally incongruent with its' own nature ... ( *Not "Male" "Mixed With" or "Modified By" "Such & Such"* & *Not "Female ..."*)
[ Note: this what I refer to as OMNIdimensional conceptualization ... is *Not* difficult ... it *May* "feel" *Unfamiliar* or *Threatening* to some folks ... but it's not humanly *Difficult* ]

All the *handwringing* and *verbal_vomit* in the Universe and beyond cannot convince me to crawl into someone else's test tube while they blindly fumble with their mortal, terminal, *Uni* & *Bidimensional* concepts, reverse engineering algorithms, and smokus-pokus psychiatric incantations, elixirs and potions ...
all to assure themselves in their own insecurity that they haven't bought into some patently finite and unreasonable, manmade, mindtraps

Hi Ladies,
~
Seems Beauty had the (Infinite) Wisdom to open a new Topic so I wouldn't ruin the one where I posted this (rant?) ...

Tnx Jassmine for the vote of confidence
You know I really *do* think we all get "misread" because of other people's historic and "static" *Buyin* to outdated ideas and concepts ... if we accept *that*, then the *next worst* thing we can do is *Nothing At All* about it
I'm just a humble servant ... but the Great Master gave me the ability to consider the examples of people like Galileo ... so I think we have an obligation to ask the questions *About Ourselves* which lie parallel to the questions about the Universe asked by fearless and independent explorers of the past ...
Think where we'd all be right now (actually I prefer not to) if Galileo had bowed to the pressure of church officials in *his* day ...

Surely Jassmine & I are not the only ones who dream of better days ahead for *PEOPLE* of the "Third Dimension"

Marda,
Honey, as I have said I believe we are the pioneers in the next stage of human evolution, but that phrase? "Omnideminsional conceptionalization?' Is that a malapropism, did you come up with that? I like it!!!!

Hi Virginia,
~
Tnx for the interest ...
in terms of your comments re: " ... pioneers ..." & " ... the *next* stage of human evolution..."
~ the "pioneers" bit I WholeHeartedly agree with ...
~ as for the " ... *next* stage ..." bit - I'm compelled to offer that we aren't so much the "next stage of human evolution" as we are
~ the "next stage in the *human perception* of human evolution" ...
To my understanding, Androgynous People are *Not New* ... we've just never been Officially Recognized by *Manmade Mindtrap Management Groups* - ie. Churchs, States, Corporations, Wealthy Inlaws & Other MoneyLenders etc
How convenient, for those who *Pretend* to have Exclusive & Special Protection & Access Privileges, with the Great Master and Architect of the Universe, to Reserve the Rights to determine the Boundaries of *Our* Thoughts, by convincing (with sufficient physical and/or mental force as *they* determine shall be administered) anyone who agrees to survive in a position of subordination to *their* beliefs and doctrines, to *Not Ask Questions*

~
OMNI = "all" - "universal"
DIMENSION(AL) = "one of a group of properties whose number is necessary and sufficient to determine uniquely each element of a system ..."
CONCEPT(UALIZATION) = "something conceived in the mind :Thought: Notion: ... to form a concept ... the act or process of conceptualizing ..."
~
So ... if I *choose* to *disbelieve* an_other mortal's contention that *they* have *Special Rights & Privileges* over *My Access* to ...
*OMNISCIESSENCE* = "the properties or attributes of infinite understanding, awareness and insight" ...
Then that leaves me quite free to approach (*Very Humbly* of course) the Great Master directly *In My Own Name* for *His* Direction & Guidance over *My* pursuit of understanding, and a place of honourable and useful function, in *His Eternal & Universal Scheme*
~
Every once in a while, I have to *fabricate* an "expression" or "term of reference" so others (if or when interested) may glean the nature of my curiosity and my questions ... and *He* may know that *I* know my heart
~
Does *this* help clarify the scope of my quest ?

Hi TGirls,
~
In working on *Charting* the "State of Androgyny", you know, as in "On a scale of 1 - 5", where "0" = "neutral" ...
Imagine an "XY" grid, where X = "Maleness", & Y = "Femaleness" ...
& imagine a "1 - 5" rating, where -5X = Minimum Maleness, & +5X = Maximum Maleness ... likewise re -5Y & +5Y for min/max Femaleness ...
~
Q. Do you think a 1 - 5 scale is sufficient for a *Real Thorough* Inquiry ???
Or should we expand to a 1 - 10 framework ???
~
Remember, the way humans are, this will have to last a while

(note: - the cost of paper & numbers at this point is irrelevant)

Marda, I think it'll be hard to apply something like androgyny to a scale of any kind, as the relative masculinity and femininity of any one individual may range widely along that scale. I'll apply myself as an example. I generally affect a "masculine" appearance: tall, short, dark hair, broad shoulders, narrow waist, etc. At the same time, I tend to let my nails grow long. How do you graph that?

Hi Marda,
I think that what you are getting to is somehow the generate a graph of masculinity vs femininity. Your conception of a graph or chart is too linear. Actually the situation is very complex, where the subject might be only an occasional crossdresser, yet feel strongly feminine. And vice versa. In looking at the comments on this Board, I notice that these are different degrees of homosexual attractions among us. This is another dimension to be considered, since a gay man is not necessarily very feminine in habit.
I admire your notion of fitting people as points on a graph, but we are dealing with an extremely complex variable, to wit, the human mind. There is a danger in oversimplifying, and by doing so we could be overlooking some important features.
In my own case, this balance of M vs F, can vary depending upon where I am, how I am dressed, time of day, state of digestion, etc., etc. I could be riding your graphic curve like a rollercoaster. Your graphic representation would have to be more than two dimensional but multi-dimensional.
In any case, this is fun to consider.

Hi Jaye, Willy,
~
Excellent points ... in *your* case Jaye, due to the "nails", you'd be definitely "trending" *away* from the "bricklayer" classification ...

... and Willy, in *your* case, and also tnx to "Governor Arnie" but for quite different reasons (I hope), we'll *definitely* be looking at the uselfulness of semi-logarithmic visuals
Of course the task seems a bit daunting at first ... but such is an other day at the office for a humble *Omnisciessencientist*
And *All* of this with *zero* funding ... imagine what *Fun* we could have with just a *teeney fraction* of the Vatican's Legal Dept budget

Marda's graphical representation would result in a Hysteresis curve (no, girls, nothing to do with your womb).
If there are any scientists and electrical engineers out there they will know what I mean.
The point that represents your current position would always be moving according to your social situation and your emotional cycles, and would describe an envelope shape which could be used to characterise you. I never move far from the origin (neutral both M and F) so my hysteresis envelope would be central and small in size. Reflecting my lack of emotional extremes, but almost perfect androgyny.

Hey, I like Reader's Digest
Hmmm...... I agree with some of the other posts. Many times, it is stress, emtions, etc... that really alters how I feel. I have had bi-fantasies(if you consider a woman with a strap on the "male" part) but they always included my wife. I once told her that I just want to keep the fantasies in my head. I do not feel guilty having them but I really don't want to act on them. Like I always tell my wife concerning s*x, I can always take care of myself, if she is not in the mood and I honestly thing that the reality will never live up to the fantasy. Of course, I have also told my wife "put me in a dress and I will do almost anything"

Wow, Calina I so

. That is just kinda spooky sometimes. Althouhg maybe not since I've found people who have many of the same feelings and issues that I have. It is nice to have understanding open persons to talk with.
