Halloween

Post by Carol Ann »

Well I tryed my best to talk the wife into letting me dress and go out tonight. Oh the hammer came down on me something awful, man she hit the roof saying "how many times do I have to tell you NO". So Carol Ann is all dressup again and no place to go. I guess I should feel luckie that she let's me dress at home. :?

Yes, Carol Ann, at least you have the opportunity to dress at home whenever the mode strikes you. I "hinted and hinted" about dressing as my 50's housewife that I did for Halloween a couple years ago again this year, but it feel on very deaf ears. Wifey really ignores my signals when it comes to my desires in many directions (not just dressing.)

So, girl, your glass is really half full.

Happy Hallows,
Rikki

Hi Carol Ann--
I hope that you and your wife can eventually reach a compromise on the issue of going out. If I remember correctly, she was OK with going out in a big anonymous city like New Orleans, but not with a small community where everyone knows everyone else. I know I've suggested it before, but maybe a weekend trip to a city some distance away, and a motel for a "base camp?"

It's Halloween. Normal people dress up on this day all the time. It may be kind of a childish "But they get to!" response... but it's true. I hope you're still able to have a good time.

Cheers.

Anita,
Yes you are correct I had her convinced and OK to go to Eureka Springs
for the spring tg event. Now she said no as we are raising two grand children from hurricane Katrina and they don't want to go home which I can understand. But hay who knows, one day [-o<

Rikki,
Yes you are correct I can dress all I want at home anytime I please, will at leases until the kids come home. I am very luckie as most can't. \:D/
