My Honey Gave Me Lipstick

Post by Hailey »

Lets recap shall we... Two weeks ago CarlyAnn discovers this Forum.

Last week she text's me that she found the wig SHE wants Hailey to wear.
Last week we pick out new 4" Sexy Sandals. I've received them but they
are too big
This past weekend CarlyAnn gave me the green skirt with the matching
vest.
And today she surprises me with new lipstick. The deep red color will look
good I hope. CarlyAnn also gave me another color too. This one she calls
a more modest color.
All I know is I'm happy. And by the way, maybe you girls should start tell-
ing HER to take it slow...baby steps and all.
I can't wait for this weekend to have CarlyAnn transform me completely.
I've been waiting sooo long to really come out. Even if it is only to my
loving CarlyAnn.

Cool! =D>

The problem with ordering heels is not all manufacturers keep to size. It can take some trial and error (returns) to find a proper fit. Trying on in the store takes courage, but saves on postage :)

When wife and I went shoe shopping for my upcoming Banquet/Prom, she made me try them on at the store, to make sure they fit correctly. She said you can not be to sure about shoe sizes. BTW, none of the SA's even flinced watching a man try on a pair of 3" spike heeled ankle strap strappies. I am sure something was said after we left. LOL

CarlyAnn is the best. She fixed my shoe problem. Indulge me for a moment. I am currently sitting in my easy chair, completely, and if I may be so bold, SEXY, dressed. She replaced my ill-fitting shoes with a new pair of "HOT" Sandals. I'm wearing my most favorite purple, form fitting, cocktail frock(sorry I got carried away). Point is, I love feelin hot.

Hailey, if CarlyAnn is going too fast for you yes you need to talk with her about it. It all comes down to open communication on both sides. Because yes a CDer can become overwhelmed when a partner suddenly becomes accepting and participating, and wants to suddenly do everything. Yes baby steps seem to work for most. But others taking it in leaps works better. For most it depends on what it is and how it is going. So Communication, communication, COMMUNICATION.

Enjoy this while you can, but trust me, this probably won't last! I say that with all due respect because acceptance on any level is full of ups and downs and there may (will) come a time when Carly could decide that enough is enough. It's still early but just be ready for that. It doesn't mean to say she won't continue to support you, she may just need to take a breather. I speak from experience, so keep your expectations in check and you'll both do just fine over the long term, provided, as Kimberley said, you keep that communication open.

It has taken some time but my wife really accepts me. Funny though, we shop together, share some items, she even buys me things at times. She has seen me a lot, in my office, but never have we gone out, never can I walk around the house with her home. I can dress in my office and be home alone all I want, when she comes home she is not shocked I am dressed, but she'll want me to change back to male mode as soon as she is home. It is expected.

I can accept that, as I am home alone a lot. I work from the house.

I'll keep an eye out for the expected "lows". And it's funny, When I don't dress, she is surprised. After reading her post about her concerns of someone walking up and seeing through the blinds, I've been much more careful. The last thing I want is to embarrass her. I've learned allot from all of you.
I do get a kick from playing the redress game. I think someone referred
to it as when teenage girls play dress-up. That seems to fit me. I'm like a teenage girl finding what looks best on me.
Here in Michigan it has been in the mid nineties the past few days, I worked
today, and can work on Sunday for double-time. The reason mentioned this is because I want the first time I try full make-up to be on a Friday. I'm a little worried about making sure I can get it fully removed before work. Any suggestions?
