I was due to go back to work on Halloween, but my travel agent called and told me the load I was picking up had to pick up 52 miles away before 23:00, so that gave me time to go Trick or Treating with my 20 year old daughter one more time. Yea, we are both too old, but like I told her, I may grow old but I don't have to grow up. My wife wanted me to do it too, so she bought me a Cleopatra dress and helped with my make up , but I wore a long blond wig, hi-heels and fish net pattern stockings which I trashed between the gravel, twigs and pine needles crossing yards, (with my heels sinking in) and we had a great time in my old home town, even went to a house that I helped build back in 94 and the family still lives there, but the woman didn't recognize me. I got several nice complements from older folks and younger ones too. Wish I could have got out earlier and stayed longer.
Don't blame me, I voted for Gov Palin

A group of us went to a place called The Playground in Augusta, Georgia, on Halloween evening. A girl named Kristi had organized karaoke on a stage at the back of the club, and several of the girls got up there and sang. (I was not one of the singers, as my ability in that area is not exactly stellar.) Most of us dressed mainly en femme, although some of the girls wore witches’ hats and other minor acknowledgements of the occasion. All told, there were perhaps 100 people in the club, roughly a dozen of whom were crossdressers. Probably ½ of the non-CDs were in costumes of one sort or another, so being crossdressed seemed fairly natural, even though The Playground is a straight club. It was an interesting evening!
Take care,
Jamie Ann

My local bar hired me to be their resident photographer (they paid me, plus all my drinks were free)... they had the vampire theme happening.
Needless to say I gave in cause I ran out of ideas... but you do have to admit tho, this pic of my friend Chris & me - we look sexy.

Upcoming Opportunities for Being Out & About
Now that Holloween and Thanksgiving are over, we have to be thinking about the December holidays (Christmas, Hanukkah, and others). I am attending an event in Augusta, GA on December 13. Oddly, it is at a Jewish Center, but it is sponsored by a Christian church. They are very accepting. It's not a transgender event, but numerous people will attend en femme, and that will not be a problem. While many of us are suffering from the economic excesses of the last several years, we have to look on the bright side; and one part of the bright side is the increasing acceptance of transgender persons by traditional segments of the American population. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, or the best of whatever special days you choose to celebrate. Let's all count our blessings!
Take care,
Jamie Ann
