Last Saturday night my support group had a demonstration by a Mary Kay lady and I was one of the 2 volunteers.

I applied the makeup myself with direction by the Mary Kay lady.

I think it come out pretty well, especially for the first time in a very long time.

All of the other members approved of the results.

My new avatar is the best picture of the 4 taken that came out well.

Yes, I am ordering some things from Mary Kay.

I think she did a good job in the presentation. I think your color choices were very good as well. The specs worked nicely as well. These additions enhanced your already superb dress style. Again , looking good girl!!--Wendy

I just love hats in the summer too!!!!!! Nice hats, heck, anyone can wear a baseball cap, but the broad brimmed with a nice accent or two - marvelous!

I found the hat at a 99 cent store a while back.

The border print dress was a thrift store find.

Another member gave me those lovely glasses.

I'll probably add a larger version of the picture to the gallery.

Somehow it reminds me of someone who writes romance novels, ya know, the pics you see on the flaps. But you look great!!!!!

Actually, I don't write novels but I do edit for an author who is currently posting on the Big Closet website and has posted on FictionMania until it went down last year. The author says that after the current story is complete, the remaining chapters will be submitted to Fictionmania.

Today I did a picture session with the makeup I had on hand (the Mary Kay order will be in early next week). I have to choose the winners and edit them.

Seen an article about Mary Kay the other day. Even with the down turn in the economy guess things are going great for them. Guess woman cut back in clothes but not makeup when things get tight.
