How Do Gaffs Work?

I have been looking around at Gaffs, and asking many stores. Finally found a store that sells gaffs, but they "Dont want to make any guarantees" on how they work or if they work. However this seems to be a popular design. Of Gaff.

Before I buy one, I just wanted to know how they work. Does it flatten the bottom area too? I dont want my "curse of the male" showing through tighter pants.

What you are supposed to do is to push your testicles up into your body cavity in the same locations they descended from. Then pull your penis between your legs, and wrap your empty testicular sack about it, then pull the gaff tightly in place. The gaff seems to work, mostly, better for some than for others. YMMV (your milage may vary). Once the thing is in place though, a lot of activity might dislodge things. The gaff is made for male ballet dancers, and I have noticed that they do not work terrible well. Pushing the testicles back inside you may take awhile the first time and may involve a bit (small bit) of pain. Once you figure out how, it should work.

First, If your boy parts are very large, the gaff may not work well. Then get a tight panty girdle and that should help a lot. Second, if you are still kinda showing, get a pad, push the stuff between your legs and wear the pad and tight panties or panty girdle. Third, maybe avoid tight pants or wear a top that covers the area.

Ah I do tuck. I wear not so tight pants. but, what do you mean by a "pad?" Like a panty liner or something?

P.S they should make "Padded Crotch" Panties SPECIFICALLY for crossdressers XD that would be SO nice >_< Make them outta cute panties, and TOTALLY eliminate the "Johnson Bulge" XD

Pad = panty liner
I've never tried a pad, but seems to me they are about the same size of the panty gusset, so I am not sure that one will work as a gaff. Then again, people do mention using them, so there might be something to it.

Mostly the pad just kinda fills and smooths the crotch area, IIRC. For some CDers, wearing a pad sorta gives them a slight kick in their fem feelings too. Also, carrying a spare in your purse is a good misdirection.....maybe along with a tampon....

a gaff is in my opinion useless and believe me hon they are a painfull thing. How when I go out I tuck as you should and I find a kotex works very well to smooth the front of a tight skirt or dress. But we all do what we have to do.

Gaffs just hold things in place. I find a girdle or good shaper does the job for me.

One tip I read while back is get a tight fitting pair of panties and wear them backwards (buns side to the front), then wear a normal fitting pair over that.

There is also a wide selection of female shapewear that would keep things pretty tight (but you don't want a narrow crotch area unless you put said backwards tight panties underneath).

I've never found where the testicles go into the body so I push & tuck however it works.

Finally realize the more you bind and hide, the tougher it may be to undo to go to the ladies room. Always try out a new style at home for awhile rather than right before going out so you don't inadvertently pinch things on a trip out.

Perhaps I've been rather lucky in my underwear selection, but I've never really seen, nor heard, of gaffs working particularly well. A tuck and "properly" fitted panties has always seemed to work for me.

Panty girdles, OBG with form-fitting panty underneath and a pad attached to the gusset of my panties has worked for me...it all depends on what you're most comfortable in or what the occasions demands you wear, hon.
