From Anthony to Toni Anne. This is my story

Post by ToniAnne »

This has been an amazing weekend. All of this is happening so quickly. 35 years of Suppressed feelings, thoughts and emotion. I did not proofread or edit this. It's directly from my heart to the screen. Thanks for your interest.

** Deleted by SL as that long story more properly belongs in the Your Beginnings section, see my post below. **

Thanks for reading

Thank you so much for the kind words. It has been an amazing couple of days. Not without problems though. My wife isn't taking this so well. But I think it's going to be ok.

Is that what I am? A transvestite? I'm not sure of all the labels.

Don't worry about the labels. Call yourself whatever you think fits best. I call myself a hybrid, I'm both genders.

Wow thank you so much. This is so new and I have so many feelings that I don't really understand. I'm so emotional. I've maybe cried 10 times in my life before Friday. Since then I've cried more than 10 times that much. It's like 35 years of frustration, anger, sadness, and confusion are coming out all at once. I feel embarrassed at times. That's the only emotion that is bothering men I can handle tears. I shouldn't be embarassdd.

Welcome Toni Anne! :)

Thank you for sharing your story. Isn't funny how all of our own stories can be so completely different, yet can be so similar? No matter where you go from here Toni Anne, you will find nothing but support from this great group of girls. There really is no other place quite like it! :)

Hi. I've got a question, how do I get into the section for coping spouses. My wife isn't having the easiest time with this and I'd like to learn about how some of you have handled it. I love her even more now than ever before. I'm much more interested in her life today than ever before. It's a big difference from even last week. I would love it if she eventually comes around a and enjoys this side of
Me as much as I do. But I can see all of her concerns. Like for the first time ever. I know what she's thinking and have a complete understanding of what she is saying. This in itself is something I would have paid money for in the past. Lol.

Ok. I have another question. Sorry. I plan on documenting everything I'm going through with this whole transformation process. I'm very excited to see what I look like as a woman, but it's going to be a long process as I'm a trainwreck right now. Plus I like writing because it helps me put all my thoughts in order. I've been fighting this for so long I don't know what it's like to have so many thoughts in my head. Must be a girl thing. Because I feel like I'm spinning sometimes. There's so much hitting me at once and it's been difficult to focus at work.

Anyway. Which forum do my posts belong on. I'd like to turn it into a book eventually. Always. Had a goal of writing a book and I never had anything I wanted to write about.
