Hello again, things are looking up here, my wife talked to me yesterday and I talked to her about the Forum. She seems to like the Idea and is willing to take a look this weekend with me. Welcome to the forum. Actually, I'll welcome both you and your wife, in the hopes that this might encourage her to join. I hope you'll both find what you need here... info, support, and a chance to talk to wonderful people who may be going through the same kind of issues you are.
It's no use hiding the fact that you're both probably in for a bit of a rough ride ahead. But love has this weird way of eventually smoothing things out ("eventually" being the operative word, here). Well, that, and a little occasional outside help, if need be. And you did the thing that matters most, Jamie, one that's often the hardest to do; you brought your wife into your inner world and are willing to be vulnerable while she looks in on your true self... as that self appears to you, not just to the world at large. Empires are built on such honest gazing.
