Yesterday, I was very UNdressed, I was being measured for a custom made back brace in other words custom made corset, with detachable suspenders.
I found it interesting, standing there being measure, just in my black bra and panties, earrings, & lipstick.
The lady doing the measuring would have been in her late 20's, did not bat an eyelid, and was explaining that a custom made corset/back brace would be a much better fit than one of the off-the-shelf.
As she was measuring she explained that the back would just come below my bra fastening.
The only thing is I have wait for 2 weeks to have a fitting and any adjustments when it is sent away for finishing.
I am really looking forward to getting the finish article.

Keeping them cupped comfortably.

Yes! I would feel like something is missing. I feel I need to be intuch with some aspect of my feminine side at all times. After sleeping in a nightie all night, getting up in the morning and enjoying the look and feel of total femininity I couldn't see myself letting go of it completely until I got home.
I don't own any male underwear. I wear at least panties daily. When the weather gets colder I like to wear more under garments, slips, bras, nylons and garter. Sometimes I just put my clothes on over my nightgown and wear that all day.

I am a better man as a woman with a woman, than I could ever be as a man with a woman.

most of the time
I am wearing something. I don't wear regular male underwear except when going to the doctor. Otherwise it is always panties. Frequently bra and forms (about 50% of the time 38B size under otherwise male clothing) and occasionally keds or sketchers shoes.
Always feel funny if I don't. . . and I am 51!

I somehow feel that female underwear is tailored to make you feel naked. I mean spaghetti straps and thongs are all the rage nowadays *sigh*.
I'll stick with my turtlenecks, sports bras, tank tops, (gasp) briefs (/gasp) and leggings.
I'm starting to wonder how any GG survives summer.

I would feel undressed without panties.
For some reason I went without yesterday and wore boxers. How uncomfortable. I'm not out to the public so whenever there's a chance I might be undressed (x-ray, Dr or the like), I'll not wear the garment that could be exposed. I don't wear a bra all the time but, my panties are my connection to my femme-ness.
I've even determined that if I ever got in a car wreck or such other predicament I wouldn't really care all that much.
Makes me wonder why I do care any other time.

I started off with nothing. I still have most of it.

Doesn't matter what underwear I wear
I have panties only because my former wife left them at the house when she left me. They were in unopened bags and I tried them on and they fit me.
To me it does not make any difference the kind of underwear I have on. Right now I am wearing a long-sleeve maxi-dress with standard man's set of underwear on - a v necked undershirt and a pair of briefs.
I do like to wear pantyhose and heels with a more formal dress.

I'm a genetic man who likes to wear skirts, dresses, and heels at times.
My wife wears none of those items.
Other times I wear men's clothing.
It depends on my mood and circumstances!

I don't really feel 'right' or comfortable, unless I am dressed. I have a horrible time with panties, can not find but one brand that works for me. Tried "boy shorts" and that did not work as well as I thought. I was so disappointed!
I have found that, comfort wise, men's briefs work fine and I agree with John, it does not seem to matter what panties or briefs. Comfort does matter. However, pantie hose, 'all in one' foundation and dresses are my "style", I do not care for jeans, shorts, etc.
But the panties I enjoy the most have a satiny smooth finish, I am thinking maybe Lycra, very stretchy and feel as though there are hardly there. I think Vassarette? I would have to look and my wife is sleeping. I keep them in the bedroom dresser, Vassarette sounds right.
Kittie, the answer is that I am not comfortable dressed male. Today, I wore the usual under clothes and a blue plaid shirt dress. It was a little cold in my house so I found this denim shirt that is big and loose, put that on over my dress. Mmmm. Nice, comfortable and warm.

Talking about male clothes - I hate shorts! It's one thing to see them nice and tight on a girl, but for a guy they have to be loose in the crotch for obvious reasons. Then you have the hairy legs coming out of those baggy shorts.
This past summer I wore denim skirts instead of short virtually all the time. I also keep my legs shaved. The air underneath is much more comfortable than shorts in hot weather!
For cold weather nothing is better than a sweater dress with pantyhose. Remember when you were a little kid you had pajamas with built-in booties? The dress with pantyhose feels like that. I zonked out on the couch wearing the outfit, and my wife covered me up it felt so good.
