After I got home from work I needed to go to the grocery store. So it was a bit hot here and I wanted to wear something simple, so I put on a little jumper with some suntan pantyhose and cute little white heels.
As I was walking into the store a man said something quietly to me which I didn't quite hear. So I stopped and asked him "what?" and he says, "Can I give you a compliment, you have really nice legs."
Well I thanked him politely, and then proceeded to my shopping with my head in the clouds like some silly teenage girl
A while later I saw him again in the store and smiled at him, which he probably took as a come-on, because he came and started talking to me and I had the definite feeling he was hitting on me. But it was OK, because I was happy just to think that I looked good. I always used to be puzzled that women would fall for such stupidly obvious baloney, and then I find that I was doing it.
The last few weeks I've been trying to get in a little better shape, losing some weight and flattening my tummy, so maybe it's paying off.
