First a quick apology for not replying sooner. We've had Internet connection hassles and when I have been able to access the forum I've been lurking, exploring and getting to know the place a bit better.

I hadn't really thought about it until you mentioned it but I think you're right - I am positive. It just seems a very positive thing all round - I feel happier, comfortable, more calm.
