No, Th location of them are mostly below the breast and around the navel. I do not have that problem on my face but I have been using a skintimate with moisturizing shave gel with vitamine E The thing is it is not abouve the breast or on the chest between them. My mom says it may be in grown hairs. I am not sure and I am not really sure I would want to show this to a docter as I do not have a GP right anyway.

I LOVE the feeling of being shaved.... so smooth!
I also love the way my stockings feel when my legs are smooth.
I don't think I could ever go back!
