Would you grow breasts?

I was thinking, a good way to see if you really wanted to grow breasts would be to put a bra on and with breastforms or whatever and then put ya normal boy clothes on and go out dressed as boy but with breasts and see how that feels.

That's known in some circles as the modern history of CDing ... that's been my routine for over 15 years ... loose, heavy, casual opaque shirts ... blouses under bulky sweaters in cooler weather ...
I had a little accident one day with a top shirt button and my ex-future mother-in-law (near miss, what a bi+c#) caught a glimpse of my lacey white camisole & UWbra ...
on business travel I always had several colour coordinated choices of lingerie for each day and evening ...
but I was always careful to consider the "risk" of my activities ... lucky for me one night I had a sports accident which got me into the hospital, but I had intentionally worn all guy duds so the nurse got to see my charcoal coloured shorts instead of some nice pink Vanity Fairs

WTHeck ??? I thought everybody did this ???
