Hi girls,
I just thought I would pass on some advise that has helped me in the past as I shop for items I wanted.
1) Shop during the Christmas, Valentine and Mother's day holidays. Many men are purchasing female clothing or other items, and you won't draw any attention to yourself. So save up your pennies, and then go wild!!
2) Many drug stores, (like CVS, Eckards or Shoppers drug mart in Canada) sell large cosmetic cases which have all the supplies and makeup you may need already in them. Instead of standing in the aisle, and filling a basket with individual products, which obviously are for you, you can alway say that the makeup case is for your teenage daughter or girlfriend.
3) Shop on rainy days, when less people are bound to be out shopping as well. Choose times of the day when fewer people are out, like an hour and a half before or after lunch. Not during the lunch hour.
4) Wait outside clothing or lingerie stores until a lady about your size walks in. Then enter and when the sales lady asks if you need help. Wisper to her that you are looking for something for someone "her" size (discretely pointing to the lady your size).
I know that many of you girl have no problem just walking into a store and buying what ever you want for yourselves, but some of us are still quite shy. Does anyone have any other helpful tips?
Nuff Luv,
Erica Shade
