General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

Sad news today of the death of Danny La Rue. He called himself "The comic in a frock" and was one of our best loved female impersonators.
Sleep peacefully Mr La Rue.

I absolutely loved Danny La Rue as a child.
If there was anything on the TV with him I would move heaven and earth to watch him.
His clothes and mannerisms were pure class.

I remember my parents going to see him in London in 1974, my mother loved him.
He will be missed by people of a certain age. I am not sure modern TV can compare with what was on then. Suffice to say I seldom watch TV any more.

I have fond memories too, of watching Danny La Rue as a child
Sad to hear of his passing.

I remember Danny Le Rue been a favourite with my gran and other adult relations when I was a child. But I am certain that they would all dissaprove of my crossdressing if they were ever to find out. It's one of those ironic things you have to put up with.
