A complaint from my daughter

Post by Kittie »

I had been using a “femme” top in my picture icon on SKYPE & she directed me to move it unless I wanted to get caught out by my 2 sons. I did & perhaps she was kind to me. I outed to her & my wife but not the boys

I do not see your daughter's comment as a complaint but, rather, a very kind reminder to you of some very basic (and simple) facts . . . you admit you had not told either of your sons about Kittie, yet you were wearing an apparently very feminine top . . . unless subconsciously that was your way of telling your sons about Kittie?

I would like to clarify one of your statements ("I outed to her & my wife but not the boys").

"Outing" or "being outed" simply means that the knowledge was revealed without it being your intention to do so because you still wanted to keep it a secret. As I remember it, you did not "out" yourself to your wife and daughter as you purposely told them about Kittie, meaning you did it with full knowledge and intent. There is a big difference between the two.

I found this a very helpful comment & perhaps you were right in that I was subconsciously telling them about Kittie. Sorry about "outing" I told my wife & daughter because I felt it was proper to do so & they took it well. THANK YOU
