My first meeting

Andrea had the most wonderful time meeting CharLee and her group of ladies. It felt really great to finally admit to myself that I am on a journey that involves dressing. She and her ladies gave me some really great information and it boosted my self esteem a lot. I will be progressing at a comfortable pace and not get lost in the "pink fog." I do have a lot to learn and it is such a rewarding experience. Once again, she didn't bite and all went well. I was nervous before I went, but now not nearly as much because I had no idea how many others are living either as cd's or tg's. It felt great to finally talk to other girls about myself and be heard. I do feel that I do want to grow and become Andrea part time. She is a part of me now and forever. I would love to chat here with more ladies and get more comfortable with myself. Once again a big thank you to CharLee and her group.

You're most welcomed Andrea. Now you begin on your journey to let Andrea breathe free and step into the sunlight. As we told you last night, we are here to help you when are ready to go shopping for clothes and such and if you need to talk to someone. I'm glad that we made you feel comfortable and that you had an enjoyable evening interacting with us. Remember, " The journey of a 1,000 miles begins with the first step ". Looking forward to seeing you again.

Congratulations Andrea. As Charlee has said, your journey has just begun. I wish you every success with the decisions that you now be making in the future. It sounds as if you have found a very supportive group of friends to share these decisions with.

Meetings are the best way to fully realize that you are not alone. There are so many sister out there, in all occupations, going about their business and dressing female when they can. You can take your journey as far as you want, Andrea.

Some ladies only dress for socials and meetings. Some are comfortable in the general public, shopping, attending plays, whatever. And some choose to live female full time. It all starts with you discovering yourself and getting comfortable.

I have two GG friends who know of and welcome Heather into their lives. I also have my sister who has supported me for years as Heather as well as my mother who I recently told about Heather. All this is great but I would love to have a "friend" who shared in my hobby. I think it would be great and hopefully I will someday. You are so lucky Andrea!
