Shopping Trip

Just returned from my first shopping trip dressed. Twenty minute drive to Walmart. My outfit was the denim shirt dress with brown belt, brown bowler type hat, and the brown heeled sandals. I purchased a brown purse, a nice purple top, and a box of tissues. I had to walk around to remember where the tissues were. Then twenty minutes back to the stores closer to the house for the ATM and the local drug store for a quart of oil and a new hair brush. The young female cashier gave me a big smile and other people looked my way with nice glances, but just another woman shopping. Had a great time. Later!!

Thanks Davita! I think the Walmartians were hiding there true identity waiting for the right moment to take over. We have to be always on guard. I am with you, this is just a start. The most nerve wracking part is getting out and getting back in. While I am out it feels amazingly normal. Not planning too far ahead, take an opportunity when it arises. Your support means a lot.

Thanks RJ. It was really great once I was out of the house. I felt like a woman. This outing was only possible because of the ladies here, like you, who support and advise. And maybe you will and maybe you won't, but Requal Jo will always be there. Thanks for being you and being here.
