An apartment was advertised for lease in the local senior citizen apartment building. At the same time two senior citizens showed up to see, one a man the other a woman. Rather than showing any favoritism the leasing agent showed both of them the apartment at the same time. It was a small one bedroom apartment but perfect for either of them and both of them wanted it.
"You have to work out between the two of you who gets the apartment" the leasing agent said and left them there.
They argued back and forth for a while, each offering reasons they should get the apartment. When it looked there was no solution the woman got a sly smile.
"We could do like all the young people do and live together," she said.
"I don't know," he said.
"Oh come on, it would be fun," she smiled.
"OK, we can give it a try," he replied.
"By the way how is your sex life?" she smiled slyly.
"Infrequent," he answered.
"Is that one word or two?" she replied.

A Matter of Semantics
Remember Ginger Rogers did everything Fred Astaire did only she did it backwards and in high heels!
