What will your New Years resolution be?

Do you make a New Years resolution and, if so, what will it be this year? How do you plan to keep it?

Well yes. But first: happy new year.

My resolution for 2018 is to start dieting again. I temporary stopped my diet after my surgery 3 months ago, since my Dr. told me to eat well for a better recovery. I am aiming for 185 lbs., currently 202 lbs.

I am also planning to do better on my voice therapy. I am seeing a voice therapist every two weeks, for almost 3/4 year now, but I know I really need to put more effort in this.

So these 2 are my resolutions that I hope will work out.

My resolution is to quit living in the past and thinking what if but rather living in the present and ask why not?

I made a New Years resolution years ago not to make a New Years resolution. So far I am doing pretty good at keeping that one.
