I've just added a new page to my web site that might be of benefit to the CDs as well as the SOs here in the group. You are welcome to view it and to pass your comments along as you see fit. From the main menu it's the first item down the list and is titled "Why is someone a crossdresser?" I sincerely hope it is of benefit to someone. If it helps just ONE person, it will have done what it was meant to do.

You new web page
Pretty dood page Dixie. I would change the first paragraph though. It initiall sounds like your comparing CDing to a deformity.
We are ALL born different. Different color hair, eyes, skin, IQ, deformaties, etc. Do we scorn and make fun of those who are different from us. Sadly, there are many that do. Does this make it right? Clearly, NO! Do we choose to be born gay? transgendered? deaf? Blind? What about being bi-polar, left or right-handed, or to be born with physical deformities such as missing, deformed, or extra limbs? And what about temperament - why are some people hot tempered while others are slow to anger? autistic, epileptic, slow learners? What about those who are bald, should we laugh at them, point them out and blame them for their baldness?
Something like:Does one have the ability to be born deaf? Blind? What about being bi-polar, left or right-handed, or to be born with physical deformities such as missing, deformed, or extra limbs? And what about temperament - why are some people hot tempered while others are slow to anger? Do we scorn and make fun of those who are autistic, epileptic, slow learners? What about those who are bald, should we laugh at them, point them out and blame them for their baldness? Did anyone have a choice in the color of his or her eyes or hair?

Donna,
Good observation and I appreciate your comments. I've just finished going in and modifying the page (first paragraph).
