You ladies continue to amaze me!

HI Girls,
I - I well I am sorry, for evidenly taking an unexpected hiatius and not posting - I am sorry and to see so many girls ask about me well, can I say you girls made my Christmas for me - I love you!! (Uh, I don't particulary want to go to the "wood shed" over this as some of the GG/SO's have taken me before )
Anyway I took my wife to my daughter's house last week as she said she "wanted to get away from it all for a while." what ever that means??!! I did not have access to a computer then. I am here and she is there and I thought I would have time to let Virginia run wild, but it ain't happened yet! . When the temp here dropped to 8 with a wind chill of -15 a couple of pipes in one of my rental homes froze up and I have spent a lot of time over there doing plumbing - Oh, next to cold weather I hate plumbing most!
I also have a new friend, she is going to Thailand in March for SRS and I have been spending some time with her. I won't go into all the details of her life, but girls its the old adage, "when you think you have it bad, just look around - and count your blessing!" She and I are going to lunch on Thursday and for Virgina that will be a new experince. She had been out before, but not with another girl to eat - EXCITED!!!! WE are going to spend Thursday night with her son in the car driving around looking at Christmas lights.

One thing I've never done is plumbing. Done most everything else in house construction though.

I hope the weather stays good for your outing.

Virginia, Bet you didn't know how many girls here care about you. Glad to know your okay.
Two things I hate in winter, frozen water pipes and a car that doesn't start. Hope the water damage is not too exstensive. I did apartment maintenance for ten years , I have an idea what you went through, worse when our the owner I bet. Merry Christmas to you, your family and your new Friend.
