My husband has convinced me to join this site to get a grip on what exactly is going on with this "new side" I am seeing of himself. I'm totally confused, sometimes, and other times, I think I get it. Basically, I need some support for questions and sharing with other wives or SO's. Ok, thank you. I shall eagerly await your replies.

That you joined the Forum speaks volumes, and we're glad you're here.

The roller-coaster ride of "accepting" to "totally confused" and all points in between is normal, especially in the very beginning. Feel free to wander around the Forum, and I've just given you access to the GG-only section where you'll find SO's of varying degrees of tolerance, acceptance, and participation.

Just the fact that you are willing to seek out answers to this mystical aspect of your SO or, as I am fond of referring to it "our gift," shows a great deal of acceptance and a willingness to seek answers for things you don't understand. Heck, a lot of us don't understand it either, but on the other hand some of us are a lot more understanding of "the gift" than others.

We look forward to your partication and what you learn, good, bad or indifferent.
