The great mime Marcel Marceau passed away this weekend (September 22 or 23) after a lifetime of entertaining people without making a sound (except once*). I would like to suggest that we all observe a moment of riotous noise in his memory.
Connie
* He appeared in Mel Brooks' "Silent Movie" and was the only actor with a spoken line. (the word "No" when asked to appear in the movie)
Good Idea Connie. When I heard on the news that he died, I wondered if the funeral official would ask for a moment in silence in his memory. He started a whole California street person industry you know.
He will be missed.
Love, Carolynn
