Thanks Fran!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MINI'S FOREVER!!!!
One thing that the article never came out bluntly and said, kinda "skirted" the issue is a matter of confidence. You have to have confidence to wear one and know that you will get looks. (Hello!!!?? Guys look at girls in mini-skirts!!!!! Its a fact). GG's will also scrutinize another woman in a mini but for entirely different reasons (in most cases
) sssssoooooooooo if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen ------------ sorry could not resist.
It is also very important to practice walking, standing and sitting in not only mini's but in short skirts.
I would have to reiterate, the tops you choose and the shoes are almost as important as the length of the skirt.
Finally, smile ladies, SMILE. It does wonders, even in a short skirt!
Love,
Virginia

Mini skirts
Hello all: I've often been told, while "en femme," that I have "great legs!" And I have read that when dressing "en femme," one should wear outfits that show off one's best "body part." Must be why the "cheerleader" outfits work for me... if the legs couldn't handle it, I couldn't do it... And I guess "cheerleader" skirts do count as minis...
For days when I'm not ... er... "cheering," and still want to have some "en femme" fun, I have other "minis" that are surprisingly comfortable. Yes, some of them are pleated, as the article suggests. Got some size 16 pleated "minis" at OLD NAVY that were inexpensive, fit perfectly, and look great.
Of course I do NOT wear super tight "micro-minis." (of course).
Those are "sexy" on some younger women (and teenage girls), but I don't really find them attractive. (and as for wearing them myself-- I think not...)
Enjoy your "minis!"
Peace-- Kendra Lynn ("hippie cheerleader")
