First let me tell you it is hard to hide it from parents. If you do your own laundry it is a little easier until someone tries to help. As for the question on where to get the clothes being that you say you are **, I would suggest at a second hand or thrift store. The prices will be lower and you will not have made a huge investment if your parents find out and decide to through them away. You should also be ready in case they do find out to answer some hard questions:
1. Are you gay?
This could be a hard question at your age as you are most likely just starting to know your self.
2. Do you want to be a girl? Do you want to have a sex change?
I put them in the same category because they are the same question when a parent asks them.
3. Why did you start?
I still have a hard time answering this question. My answer was to see what it felt like. Which was a true answer but it does not fully answer the why.

I hope this helps you out.

I hope it's OK if I try to answer this, because it seems more like a question for crossdressers than GGs. Consider being patient and waiting until you're grown up, then you can buy all the clothes you want on mail order. Ebay is great for vintage dresses. I'm not saying you have to wait, but it can really be difficult going through all this with your parents.

This is a hard one to answer especially with your age. At that age I would not invest alot in clothes especially if your parents found out,got mad about the situation and threw them all out.A good thrift shop or a discount store that sells clothes would be good.

From personnal experience, I strongly recommend only coming out of the closet when financially independent from your parents (After they paid your college tuition). It'll help you avoid many problems along the way.
