I wish I could actually take a real vacation and spend the entire time as Kandis.

Granted, but now you have to dial a 15 digit number and they all speak shattered (as opposed to broken) English.

I wish that we could never have to "press 1 for English" ever again.

Granted, but when it does warm up you will be in the middle of the Sahara Desert, wearing a long fur coat and matching hat, longing for lighter clothes, shade, and cooler weather.

I wish that I was able to speak (and write) fluent German and Italian.
