It looks like I have come to this discussion too late, but I have been using and wearing amona Personally (L/R) - Natura 3A style 651 in size in size 4 for about two years now. You can view them here:

A size 4 fills a 38B well for me. Worn under a bulky shirt, you can not tell unless you really look, or I arch my back.. . .

I can also recommend Lucys dot net. I have purchased several sets of breast forms over the years and have always had great service, support and conversation!
