Does anyone belong to NON-CD organizations or clubs?

General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

Interesting observation. Perhaps those who are dedicated to full time CD status must leave their previous attachments behind. Meanwhile, others of us have to lead a dual life if we want to retain our past interests. I know that when going to our horse club functions, I'm in full male mode except for my shaved arms and panties.

If I went fully time CD, I would get my name changed too. Then my pilots license and Medical would be up to date. All I would need to on my Amauter Radio License is to get a Vanity Call Sign, as for my Model Railroad, just find a new club. Then I could still enjoy all my hobbies.

I used to volunteer with the Carolinas Aviation Museum, until I moved back to Virginia. I am a member of a couple of different online scale modeling communities (armor, scifi and What If). I also recently joined Xbox Live.

I also am a ham and belong to several amateur radio clubs --- our local club, a DX club and a contest club. You'll usually find me lurking on the HF bands in search of DX. I also tinker in the state QSO parties to work new counties. And, like JoAnnDallas, I also belong to QCWA and just became our local chapter president.

I enjoy membership in several motorsports related clubs. SCCA, IMSA, BMWCCA, NHRA, AMA, etc etc. Working these events is big fun indeed!

I'm involved with an organization that provides services to children and adults with disabilities. I coached in a youth club for many years, even a couple of years after my son stopped playing. But the parents made me crazy! I also wanted to spend more time with my wife after our daughter moved into a community residence.

I also played in a band for a while, but I'm not sure that counts as an "organization" (although it sure had the politics of one!).
I'm not that kind of girl.
