Well SL and I took the bike on the Blue Ridge Parkway today and the weather was I guess as perfect as you could want. At the Peaks of Otter, we got to see several almost tame deer.

The trip back was the best, well at least for SL. We stopped behind a Jeep Grand Cherokee and on the rear window was a sticker.

"Silly boys - Jeeps are for girls!"

I thought for a moment she was going to get off the bike and snatch it off the window and put it on hers! She is now seeking a supplier of that juicy piece of wisdom!

If you ride, keep the shiny side up!!!

My wife and I love the Blue Ridge Parkway when we lived in Roanoke. It was one of our Sunday passtimes to just go and drive it. Except when they would close it in the winter. I remember one night they had fireworks on top of Star Mountain, but you could not see them except for the colored glow in the clouds. LOL On a clear day it is so pretty to stand on top os Star Mountian and you can see the whole valley. Can't hardly wait to retire and move back. LOL

I just bought that bumper sticker ('Silly Boys . . . Jeeps Are For Girls'), as well as the 'Jeep Goddess' and 'A Girl and Her Jeep, It's a Beautiful Thing' bumper stickers. Gotta get 'em while I still can!!

I would have bought the 'Jeep Goddess' T-Shirt, too, but they were already sold out. I'll just make my own!!

SL.....there are componies that will make custom bumper sitckers too. So if you think of a catchy phase you can have them make your own bumper sticker.
