Hi April--
Welcome to the forum. It would have been strange for me to do this in the little town where I grew up--450-some people, where everyone knew everyone else. I would have been the "talk of the town," for sure. I realize that almost no one I knew lives there now--either old age took them, or people moved away.

Welcome to the forum. Small town or big city makes no difference. Just like Hedwig says, we all live in a wicked little town. Our wicked little town.
If others can't accept you for who you are,you don't want them in your life. It's their lose not yours Hon. There are nothing but wonderful people on this forum. Welcome dear- I was born in a small town, know what that's like. Had to hide my femmy feelings
Just starting to explore my feminine nature- am very shy meek and demure. Addicted to looking and acting ladylike. Still have so many questions about exactly who I am- have so many mixed emotions about my gender issues.
