Just an interesting day

Tuesday I had to see the eye dr and since there was a possibility of having my eyes dialited a GG friend drove me down. She has driven me for all my eye appointments. We took my van so I could change clothes on the run but this day I just didn;t feel like changing.

My daughter was supposed to meet us after the eye apt for some shopping, but her car wouldn't start. Instead we went up to her place to try to get her car started. You notice that I said try. I couldn't get her car started either.

While there we got to discussing a new pair of heels that I had been given with about 5" heels and hadn't wore enough yet to get used to walking in. The GG friend said that she wished she could wear heels, but as soon as she put heels on her feet hurt. I told her she was probably trying to wear the wrong size and had her put mine on.

She was able to walk with help which surprised me due to the heigth and the fact that they were too big for her. She was all giggly thinking that she may actualy be able to wear heels.

Later we were in a mall doing some shopping and I saw a Payless Shoe Store. I Told her that we needed to go in there and look around. We first looked at womens shoes my size then looked at her size and I told her to try some heels on. She probably tried on 3 different sizes before she found the right size, but was she ever happy and giggly. I told her if she bought her a pair that I was goig to have to buy me a pair so back over to the area with my size we went.

I founf a pair that I liked a dark maroon with about a 4 " heel and she decided that she needed a pair just like them. She tried them on and they fit. She even walked some in them and was actually starting to walk proper in them.

When we got back to her house she was still so happy and proud that she waisted no time in showing them off to her husband and strutting her stuff. She also informed him that he was going to have to take her out.

She also told him that it was so much fun shopping with a gf and she had never been able to do that before. I felt real good about the compliment as we have done some shopping before but never shopping for womens things. It made me feel so good to considered her gf.

Also after we got back she gave me a lot of lipstik samples and a tube of lipstick to match my new shoes. What a fun day. I may not have been outer dressed fem, but I was under dressed and the feeling of shopping and talking with a gf is fantastic.

Hi Leeza,

It is nice to have such a friend! GG's just love to shop and share and if the husband does not see you as a "threat" that is even better! Having someone to share with and to shop with is really nice!

Hope you two have some more great times!
