Hi,

I've been a secretive dresser off and on for as long as I can remember--just panties one day under my clothes, maybe pantyhose another. My wife is definitely not supportive. Recently I dressed all the way while traveling. I miss it already, but I probably won't have that chance again for many months. I could really use the support of others who understand.

Yeah, it's not easy sometimes getting our fill of dressing up. I'm sorry your SO is not more supportive. At least she knows. This is the inevitable first step in any relationship where CD'ing is out in the open.

You'll find many folks here who have experiences similar to your own; you're certainly not alone. I hope you have a chance to connect with them and exchange your thoughts and feelings on the matter.

welcome Nikki. Your situation sounds very similar to mine. I unerdress all the time but only get to go full dress when away. My wife knew before we were married, but is not supportive. I live and make do with the situation and take advantage of oppurtinities when they happen

Thanks for your comments, CJ, Leeza and Carol Ann. I'm not usually a whiner, so I won't dwell on this too much. But I actually gave a wrong impression. My wife knows nothing about my dressing. The reason I know she's unsupportive is because I asked her to engage in some fetish play during sex one time and she acted as if I'd grown a third eye-ball--just weirded out by it. She totally freaked! I had asked if we could both wear pantyhose. We never spoke about it again and act as if it never happened.

Also, she makes really rude comments about CD/TV/TG characters on TV shows and movies. There was a beautiful girl on "The Closer" a few weeks ago who turned out to be transgendered and my wife said, "EEEW, Yuck!"

So I remain in the closet with her and will until one of us dies. On the bright side, if I go first and she finds my stash it will be a hoot!

There's always a bright side.

Hope you can find some solution to your delima. A lot of your sisters here are in the same situation with a non-supportive spouse. It is good that you picked up on this, due to her comments about "us" on television.

Welcome Niki, I started the same way, Wife expressed her feeling about such matters when faced with it in public or on TV. Slowly she came around and now is very supportive. Keep the faith and maybe she will join in.
