Were there any warnings on the bottle you got?
The warnings that might concern the use were if spilled deluite with water, avoid contact with eyes. The rest were precautions on the handleing and storage.

One correctiion though it was 35% not 33% and due to storage conditions may be higher than that as I have had it several years.

As far as breathing the vapors, I would not be afraid. My wife used it in a 10:1 delution as part of breathing treatments for several months.

In he liquid form thouh care does need to be taken. If I was to try it on my face I would work with small area and have a lot of water handy. Just for saftey I would do a small test area and wait 24 hrs before continueing.

Just a side note H2O2 has been used in the past as part of a celation thearpy with amazing results in the treatment of some medical problems. The Dr. who wrote the article I read had used the procedure numerious times and had used it on himself, but would not self adminster. I took that as a warning.

Yes, that's simultaneously the most effective approach, and the least helpful. :P My hair is at the dark end of the blond spectrum and while it bleaches out nicely with sun exposure the stubble comes in very, very dark. The good news for those of us not blessed with fine, light hair? The higher the contrast between our skin tone and hair growth the more effective laser removal will be for us!
