I am glad to have wonderful co workers that accept that I am a crossdresser including my boss.I work around mostly women and they admire my female side a lot.I go to work dressed as my femme side 2 times a week and there is an anti discrimination policy of gays and lesbians, transgendered people including crossdressers where I work at.

Sounds great Hayley. Why only two times a week? Why not all of the time?

My perfect work environment I would always be a mix of masculine and feminine clothes. I would always present my male identity, just sometimes I would be in more feminine clothes than other days. I guess you could say like most GG's dress today.

I am a physically male person that likes to wear feminine clothes at times.

My parent company has an antidiscrimination policy, but judging from the attitudes and comments I have heard around my worksite, both from customers and fellow employees, coming out as a crossdresser would be an extremely challenging thing to do. I know that my supervisor, in particular has a negative attitude about non-mainstream people. :?
I am a vessel of the Goddess. Let me express my calling to a feminine life through nurturing love and relatedness.

I wish that were true for my company. However I cannot wear what I would like all the time to work. Then again I am not sure even if I could I would wear fem clothes. How ever If I did I would be dressed better then I do normally. I tend to wear just jeans and a polo to work. Being that I only wear fem jeans I guess you could say I do CD at work daily.

Good for you, I assume this means FT presentation as female at work? Lucky lady you! :) I know I've heard of many shops that have come out with 'Well, you need to just pick a gender and STICK with it. F or M, but don't flip flop.' Which, I suppose, is interesting.. cause, really, what's the difference really when it comes to work clothing or presentation? Dress slacks, a nice shirt, and a smile, right? IF you don't wear makeup, does that mean you're presenting as a male? Not to be crass, but, what about breasts? I could be pretty flat chested female too... *rolls eyes* But I digress... ;)
