For those of us currently 'resting' from gainful employment here's a job to think about:-

The advert for the role goes on: “Wookey Hole HR has been advised that, under sexual discrimination law, unless it can provide documentary proof that the original witch was female, it can’t issue a gender-specific job description. Since Wookey Hole can’t furnish the required, legally binding proof, it has had to accept that the post might eventually be awarded to a man.”

Time to dust off my broomstick and get airborne for Dorset.......cackle, cackle, cackle etc. etc.

I'll pass this along to a wiccan friend of mine, and she'll get all huffy about witch stereotypes, we're not evil, don't live in caves, bubbly cauldrons full of death, despair, etc...

Granted, she's a giant hypocrite, I imagine all I'll hear out of her for two weeks will be "they need to be sued for discrimination, defaming, etc..."

Then I'll say something to the effect of "So, witches are persecuted like homosexuals are now? They still burn em' at the stake?"

Or, I'll just keep my mouth shut.

I was test driving my reconditioned broom just this week-end; I had the four barrel converted to a six pack and now that thing will really scream. Unfortunately, I had a bird strike, seems the business end of my broom found the business of end of a south bound Canadian goose. It too was pulling banner, said, "Vote for CJ!" Well, it was a nice "hood ornament" for a while but I finally, with much pushing and having to listen to all that honking, got the none-the-wiser goose off my broom. Actually, now that I think about it, the goose seemed to enjoy "the goose." Those Canadians, what can you say!!

I returned to "the cave", cleaned off my broom and am working on sending out my resume!
